There is ample parking on a gravelled driveway and a large rear garden with a furnished raised decked terrace providing an ideal outdoor entertaining area with wide steps leading down to a lawned garden with direct gated access into Northwood Park with tennis courts providing a short cut to town with its bars, restaurants and shops. Northwood Park hosts the gin tent with nightclub in Cowes Week.

 

A portable hot tub is available for hire.

Double master bedroom with superking bed

2 crew rooms consisting of bunk beds in each, plus single added with new Jack & Jill walk in shower room  

2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom on the 2nd floor (which can be converted to twin rooms upon request)

The study can be a single or twin room

3 newly refitted bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to master bedroom
